Returns Policy

Products admissible for return can be returned 30 days from the date of purchase. To make a return, please call us at 1888 904-1888 or Write us a message through our Contact Us Page with your name and order number, explaining the reasons for the return. A Return Authorization Number will be issued for admissible items

  • Before returning any product(s), you must first receive from us a Return Authorization Number; no returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
  • Defective products (other than normal use or noncovered defectivity) are subject to the manufacturer's Warranty when it applies.

 

Admissible for return/exchange products must be returned/exchanged in a re-sellable condition, with their original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, parts, and accessories. Returned/exchanged Items must be in new condition with original unopened packaging. Please note that this includes breaking the original manufacturer seal.

 

Exclusions (items that can’t be returned):

 

  • Special orders, sterile items, and products that are made unsalable once opened, for hygienic reasons or/and for the protection of our customers and employees against infectious diseases are not returnable/exchangeable.
  • These products are final sale, nonreturnable nonexchangeable: personal care items, bathroom aids, any customized items, all special order items, all clearance items, any opened, used, or tried on product; hospital beds and other bedroom aids, incontinence products, nutritional items, compression stockings, braces, headwear, wigs, hair extensions, hairpieces, underwear (bras and other), post-operative girdles and bandage, shapewear, all bath safety products.
  • Depending on the supplier, certain items are subject to a 25% to 35% restocking fee when returned/exchanged.

 

Notice: Due to an actual shortage in medical and mobility products, certain of these products are final sale (even if unopened), non-returnable non-exchangeable, once the products leave our warehouses.

 

If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account would be credited back for the amount of the purchase, less any shipping charges or free shipping cost incurred by us for order original shipping, within fifteen (15) business days from the time Pharmathera.com receives the returned/exchanged product(s).

 

Shipment of Returns/exchanges:

The customer will arrange for the returned/exchanged product(s) shipment. Please use a service that provides tracking and retain the tracking number until credit has been issued. This will be your proof of return/exchange. For all returns, the customer is responsible for the delivery and return/exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in the event that it is lost or damaged. We are not responsible for any losses or damages during return/exchange shipping.
