Of special note is the Parsons knife blade which has been designed to be useful, both as a regular dinner knife and as a rocker knife. It has a curved cutting edge making it a suitable knife for the one handed person. Suited for persons with poor grasp with a 7/8" (22mm) diameter grip. Light weight, 85 grams (3oz) each.
