- Evacuation of sweat Velcro fastening system
- Longer splint on both hand and arm, improving immobiliation.
- Total immobilisation due to the presence of 2 inlays (palmar and dorsal) made of X-Ray transparent aluminium.
- 2 pairs of inlays available separately to enable treatment of conditions that no standard splints can treat.
- Anatomical cut for greater comfort at the thumb and to preserve grip function.
- Micro-aerated 3D knit for greater comfort while wearing.
- Jersey fabric making it easier to put on (slips on like a glove) and preventing the straps from being in direct contact with the skin.
- Strap numbering system for easier fitting (3 points system)
- Pictogram system on the inlays to make them easier to fit: indicates which inlay (palmar or dorsal) provides which immobilisation position and how to fit them.
- 3 different immobilisation positions thanks to the removable aluminium inlay
